Shipping & Returns

Trendy Blinds Inc. provides free shipping across Canada and United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, where extra shipping charges will be added).

Products are shipped from our facilities in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.  Once the order is manufactured, quality inspected in-house and packaged we will ship it.  Carrier shipping times vary based on factors beyond our control.  We will provide customer with tracking number and will also monitor the shipping progress.  We require customer to sign at delivery to ensure that nothing was lost during shipping.

As the products are custom made to order, there is no return allowed.  The products will be covered under our warranty policy.


As soon as you receive your window coverings, please inspect them and notify us immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, we will have the damaged merchandise replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 7 day period, we will only replace at cost to you. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.
